Our speech therapy team works alongside BCBAs, RBTs, families, and other professionals to help children develop meaningful communication skills.

Flexible Schedule

We understand that flexibility matters. We work with our clinicians to create schedules that fit both client needs and provider availability.

Services are provided at our two clinic locations:

- Downtown Orlando – 32806

- Winter Garden – 34787

Candidates should be willing to provide services at both locations when needed.

What You'll Do

As an SLPA, you will provide individualized speech and language services to children under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide individualized speech and language therapy under SLP supervision

  • Implement treatment plans and therapy activities designed to address each child's communication goals

  • Work with children to develop speech, language, communication, and related skills

  • Collect and record accurate clinical data

  • Document treatment sessions and client progress accurately and timely

  • Adapt therapy activities based on each child's needs, progress, and interests

  • Provide parent/caregiver education and support as directed by the supervising SLP

  • Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, families, and other members of the care team

  • Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration

  • Maintain professional and ethical standards and comply with applicable Florida requirements

Who We're Looking For

  • Active Florida SLPA license/authorization as required

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field as required

  • Experience working with children preferred

  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Compassionate, patient, and child-centered approach

  • Ability to work collaboratively with families and other professionals

  • Dependable, professional, and receptive to feedback
