Role Overview:

As a BCBA with ABA Alliance Therapy, you'll be a pivotal part of our team, ensuring clients receive superior ABA therapy. You'll implement engaging, child-first ABA strategies, mentor behavior technicians, and work closely with families to extend therapeutic practices into the home.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and provide clinical guidance for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Lead a team of registered behavior technicians (RBTs), ensuring quality and compliance across clinical services.
  • Conduct assessments, manage individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families for holistic care.
